The worlds that Kurt creates, the characters that Katey embodies - they are all about family, home, rituals, and the bonds of primary relationships. That exploration of the ingredients of each guest’s personal mythology will be the “hook” of the show. PIE is an intimate parlor conversation. About who, what, and where created each guest. A respectful, sincere dive into nature and nurture. Family, faith, education, home towns, neighborhoods, etc. That discussion will lead to career choices and success - in the arts, athletics, politics, etc. The last segment will be recorded while they eat their guests favorite pie as they close out the conversation.
